"My intent is to bring Joy & positive emotion through the use of shape & color.
I use techniques as diverse as watercolor, acrylics, gouaches, woods, handmade paper, collages, weaving. etc... as well as digital work & reproduction on diverse substrates.
For the last 24 years, I thrived to bring emotion & Joy through my work as designer & craft artist. I concentrate on the power of shapes & colors which influences our moods. I want to share the pleasure of creating decorative art as it enhances our lives."
Born & raised in Paris France, Jean-Luc studied lighting for cinema, video & multimedia.
Together with partner artist Kate Rose, they have a long story of discovering the world & creating beautiful things (the most beautiful is our son!)
They set up several galleries for Art & Fine Crafts in France, then in the US.

Our work has been seen in many homes, corporate offices, hotels & public places in the US, Europe, Australia & Asia
Everything is now designed & handmade in our California studio (except our son, made in Paris)
